President
Autumn Carsey decide to join TEDxUCincinnati in order to spread great and original ideas as well as help other do the same. It’s always been inspiring to her the ability to capture the attention on stage during a TEDx talk.

Vice President of Content
Marissa is a 4th year Fashion Design student and she has been involved in TEDxUC since her freshman year, when she participated in DLP. She loves working with such a creative team to put on extraordinary events!

Vice President of Operations
Dinah joined TEDxUCincinnati for the opportunity to work with fellow students and grow her leadership skills. Fostering the spread of knowledge and giving the community a voice, makes TEDxUCincinnati especially special to her.
ISAN KALHAN
Director of Finance
Isan’s unwavering passion for public speaking is what drove him to join TEDXUCincinnati. He is eager to continue sharing this passion with the University of Cincinnati’s student body through serving as Director of Finance for the organization in the 2024-25 school year.
HANA WAHDAN
Director of Marketing
Hana has loved watching TED talks from a young age and is very passionate about public speaking and helping people share their experiences. She finds TED talks super engaging and sometimes addictive as she watches one after the other. She loves being a part of the TEDxUCincinnati team!

A passionate fashion major with a keen eye for design, Khushi is dedicated to creating impactful visual experiences. Her focus is on blending creativity with purpose, ensuring every design element tells a compelling story.

Sushruth Muthuluru is a 3rd year Medical sciences Major. Sushruth joined TEDx because of his enthusiasm toward public speech and the impact an event space such as TEDx provides for community members to spread ideas. Sushruth looks forward to meeting new faces, learning insightful ideas, and appreciating different perspectives.

DLP Curriculum Chair
Diviya is a third-year double majoring in Medical Sciences and Liberal Arts (with concentrations in Public Health, Philosophy, and Pre-Medicine). She decided to join TEDxUCincinnati because she wanted to contribute her creative ideas to the planning and execution of university-wide events, help foster an environment that values innovative thinking, explore areas of interest beyond her academic focus, hone her leadership skills, and find a community of diverse and talented individuals!

Speaker Relations Chair
Eirlys joined TEDxUCincinnati to strengthen her leadership skills and work alongside a passionate team. She enjoys the challenge of coordinating behind-the-scenes logistics and takes pride in helping to create impactful TEDxUCincinnati events. For her, the opportunity to support speakers and see their ideas come to life is a rewarding part of being involved with TEDxUCincinnati.
ZACHARY TORRES
Speaker Relations Chair
Zachary became part of TEDxUCincinnati for the opportunity to listen to the thoughts of people with different perspectives. He believes that amplifying our thoughts in a productive way is beneficial to society and one of the pillars of the United States. He stands for what TED talks represent and believes that they can change the way people perceive the world.
ANIRUDH CHHABRA

Anirudh is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Aerospace Engineering department. He joined TEDxUCincinnati for the opportunities it provides in the sphere of public speaking, leadership and knowledge-sharing. He enjoys soccer, adventure sports and rock music.

SID THATHAM
Faculty Advisor
Sid Thatham is an Energy Engineer in the Department of Utilities and teaches on and off at the University of Cincinnati (UC). He is originally from India and moved to Cincinnati to go to grad school at UC. He graduated in 2017 with a Master's in ChemE and an MBA. Photography, tech., memes, international affairs, the outer space are among his various interests. He co-hosts podcasts on grad life and loves talking about movies and tv shows from all over the world.
DR. CHARLES MATTHEWS
Faculty Advisor
Always keen on keeping students at the center, Dr. Matthews stepped up to be the founding faculty advisor for TEDxUCincinnati in 2014. A group of students, led by Shivam Shah and Jared Haggit, proposed it was time for UC to create a formal forum for ideas worth sharing in the standard of TED. Dr. Matthews wholeheartedly agreed! Next thing he know, he was the faculty advisor!
